HOUSING INFORMATION

The Drawbridge Estates Inn is designated as the Convention Headquarters Hotel. Your hotel room and other incidental expenses are not included in the convention package. The hotel offers two plans this year. The Main Building room rate is $75.00, single or double, and the Garison Building room rate is $57.00 single or double, but the Garison Building has limited space (we have blocked 80 rooms). A 10.24% tax will be added to the room rate. The room fee is payable directly to the hotel upon departure. They will accept major credit cards or traveler's checks. Hotel reservations must be made using a hotel card which will be sent to you upon receipt of your convention registration card by March 12, 1998. Please note that Kentucky law requires that all persons staying in the hotel must be registered, even those sharing a room with another person. When you make your reservations, just tell them the name of the person that you will be sharing with.. The hotel will send confirmation directly to you when you register. A one night's deposit is required to guarantee your registration. We urge you to register early to avoid disappointment.

The hotel has agreed to extend the convention rate for three days before and/or after the convention.

Note: The hotel advises that reservations requested after March 12, 1998, or after the room block has been filled, are subject to availability and may not be available at the convention rate.
