The fees paid directly to CALLERLAB will cover the convention package; convention badges, convention program, handouts, and six meals, beginning with the noon meal on Monday (two lunches, two breakfasts, two dinners and four beverage breaks). Additionally, any caller attending the convention but not registered at the convention hotel, will be assessed a fee of $35 as their share of the meeting room space we use. Meeting rooms are usually provided by the hotel in exchange for a given number of hotel room nights and meal functions. Callers not staying at the hotel do not generate any hotel room nights and therefore don't contribute toward the cost of the meeting space used.
1998 convention fees for callers staying a minimum of two (2) nights in the Drawbridge Estates Inn:
If paid in full before March 1, 1998:
$155.00 for a single caller
$290.00 for a caller and partner
If paid after March 1, 1998:
$180.00 for a single caller
$340.00 for a caller and partner
1998 convention fees for callers not staying a minimum of 2 nights in the convention hotel:
Add $35.00 to the above prices.
