Frank has been a square dancer since 1984, and began attending his first caller's school in 1985. He has attended numerous caller schools, as well as coaching in schools. The programs called by Frank range from New Dancer thru the C-2 program, and currently working on C-3A. He has a daughter, Jodi (22), and two Grandchildren, Devin and Kaliegh. Top of Page

While married to Deborah Parnell, Frank had the opportunity to call in the following states: Alaska; Arizona; California; Colorado; Hawaii; Illinois; Massachusetts; Nevada; New Hampshire; New York; Oregon; Rhode Island; South Dakota: Texas; Utah; Washington, and Wyoming. He has also called in Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean while conducting cruises. Also included was a two-country tour of New Zealand and Australia in 1993 which he organized, and a weekend Festival for the Red Sea Squares in Saudi Arabia. 1998 featured an international trip that included dances in Germany and Belgium. In 1990 and 1991 Frank was a California co-Chairman with Deborah Parnell for the CALLERLAB Foundation for the Promotion and Preservation of Square Dancing. He has conducted many caller's schools, and in 1999 Frank received his Accreditation as a CALLERLAB Caller Coach, the 29th caller in the world at that time to have achieved such status in the world, and only the second coach in California.
